What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Team Lead:
- Keep team morale high and productivity steady by leading, motivating, and communicating effectively to achieve daily goals
- Receive inbound freight on pallets
- Manually transfer products from pallets to a conveyor belt
- Stack empty pallets for relocation by a forklift operator
- Perform additional duties as assigned
You will go far in this role as a motivating team leader who works hands-on and leads from the front!
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Have experience in warehouse operations
- Be an experienced Team Leader in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center
- Have good communication skills
- Have experience in preparing orders, picking/packing, and loading/unloading trucks
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
