Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced import/export environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while supporting office administration, accounting, and daily operations.
Skills and Experience
Pay: $13.25
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
(Occasional Saturdays may be required with advance notice.)
Meals are provided three times each week as a benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage front desk area and keep the office area clean, tidy, and always ready to welcome visitors
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks
- Support team members with administrative duties as needed
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
