- Preventative maintenance and repair duties
- Ground maintenance work

What You'll Do: Maintenance Assistant
- Carpentry and building maintenance
- Painting and building weatherization tasks
- Repairs furniture, cabinets, and partitions
-Installs and repairs doors, locks and building hardware etc.
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Has:
- Three years full time employment in the building trades
- Carpentry
- Repairing furniture and installing doors
-Ground maintenance
