Quality Inspectors are responsible for inspecting automotive parts and materials throughout the manufacturing process to ensure all products meet company and customer quality standards. Duties include performing visual inspections, identifying defects or damages, sorting and separating non-conforming materials, verifying product specifications, and completing quality documentation accurately. Employees may assist with containment, rework, inventory checks, and maintaining clean and organized work areas while following all company safety and production procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and comfort working around production lines, warehouse materials, and industrial equipment. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain consistent productivity and quality throughout the shift.

- Ability to read and understand English work instructions and safety procedures required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify defects, damages, or quality issues
- Experience working in fast-paced production environments
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
