Overview

 Responsible for monitoring and inspecting manufacturing processes, raw materials, and finished products to ensure all items meet company, customer, and industry quality standards. Conducts detailed visual and physical inspections throughout different stages of production to identify defects, inconsistencies, or damages before products are shipped or released. Works closely with production, warehouse, and operations teams to maintain product quality, improve efficiency, and support a safe working environment. 

Skills and Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment 
  • Experience with quality inspections or production processes preferred 
  • Basic computer, scanner, and documentation skills 
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift 
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills 
  • Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety standards
Experience

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality and accuracy 
  •  Identify defects, damages, contamination, or non-conforming materials 
  •  Verify product measurements, labeling, packaging, and specifications 
  •  Complete quality inspection reports and production documentation accurately 
  •  Communicate quality concerns and production issues to supervisors or management 
  •  Separate and contain defective products to prevent shipment or production errors 
  •  Follow company safety policies, GMP guidelines, and standard operating procedures 
  •  Use measuring devices, scanners, hand tools, and testing equipment when needed 
  •  Support production and warehouse operations as assigned 
  •  Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas 
  •  Assist with audits, inventory checks, and process improvement initiatives
