Schedule: This position follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule on a consistent shift. Employees will work 2 consecutive days, have 2 days off, then work 3 consecutive days. The following week, the rotation may include 3 consecutive days off. While the days worked will rotate, employees will remain on the same assigned shift throughout the schedule. Flexibility to work weekends and rotating workdays is required.
Production Operator with experience working in fast-paced manufacturing and production environments. Skilled in operating machinery, monitoring production lines, inspecting products for quality, and following safety procedures to meet production goals. Experienced with packaging, material handling, assembly line support, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and ability to work efficiently in physically demanding environments while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Skills and Experience
- Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine performance and production output
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform minor troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout policies, and work instructions
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Support team production goals and assist other departments as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work weekends and overtime as required
