Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Stow, Ohio. This position plays a key role in safely moving, locating, stacking, and counting merchandise within the facility. The ideal candidate will have prior reach truck experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move product throughout the warehouse
- Load, unload, pick, and stage materials accurately
- Safely stack and store materials in high racking systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections before use
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning and documentation
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous reach truck/forklift experience required
- Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
