Overview
Prepare units for move-in (“make ready”) in a timely manner, Perform interior painting (walls, trim, touch-ups), Complete general repairs (drywall, doors, fixtures, minor plumbing/electrical), Replace or repair flooring, cabinets, and appliances as needed, Conduct basic maintenance checks to ensure units are fully functional, Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Follow work orders and prioritize tasks efficiently, Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
