Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction and assembly of modular homes
- Perform tasks such as framing, drywall, flooring, painting, and basic electrical work
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow blueprints or work instructions as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor (standing, lifting, bending)
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Construction or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
