What You’ll Do
- Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine repair needs
- Repair pallets by replacing broken boards and reinforcing structures
- Use nail guns, band saws, and other tools to complete repairs efficiently
- Ensure all pallets meet quality and safety standards
- Hit daily production targets and take pride in your output
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Complete daily production tracking and paperwork
Skills and experience
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor role
- Background in construction, carpentry, or working with tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to get it done
Physical Requirements
- Lift 50–75 lbs regularly throughout your shift
- Stand, move, and stay active for the entire workday
- Comfortable working with power tools and hand tools
- Able to work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse conditions

- Warehouse, manufacturing, general labor, or production experience
- Construction, carpentry, or tool-based experience preferred
- Comfortable using nail guns, band saws, hand tools, and power tools

- Able to stand, move, and stay active all shift
