About the Opportunity:
Onin Staffing currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing client specializing in ice cream cones and waffles. Machine Operators play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are manufactured efficiently and safely. This position involves working on the production line, monitoring equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following quality standards.
Operate and monitor production equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with general production tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
- Proven job tenure and a strong work history
- Basic understanding of machine operation preferred
- Ability to work quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Dependable with good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Comfortable working around machinery and in a production environment
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
- Required use of safety equipment
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
