Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support the production of paper-based packaging products, including ice cream cone wrappers and other materials. This role requires someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, stay attentive to machine performance, and maintain product quality standards.
- $21.35 hourly
- 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm
- Overtime may be required until 1:00 AM

What you'll do as: Machine Operator
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Feed machines with large rolls of paper and ensure proper alignment
- Transfer materials between machines for cutting and finishing processes
- Make basic machine adjustments and identify minor issues
- Perform quality checks, including measuring and inspecting finished products
- Complete production paperwork and enter data into computer systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in monthly safety training sessions
- Assist with facility cleaning on the last day of each month
Skills and Experience
- Basic understanding of machine operation preferred
- Ability to work quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Dependable with good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
- Comfortable working around machinery and in a production environment
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
- Required use of safety equipment
