What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Technician:
- Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Measure and verify product dimensions using tools like tape measures and micrometers
- Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings to the production team
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate, organized records
- Support production by ensuring compliance with customer specifications and procedures
- Assist with root cause analysis and help implement corrective actions
- Train and support teammates on quality standards and best practices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of Quality Control or manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficient in using tape measures and micrometers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret labels, specifications, and documentation
- Ability to write legibly and maintain detailed records
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Capable of training and assisting other team members
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Physically able to stand, walk, and move between machines for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
