Overview
Onin Staffing is hiring General Labor Associates to support daily production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring eggs are processed, inspected, packaged, and prepared for distribution while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Skills and Experience
- Sort, inspect, and package eggs according to quality standards
- Operate along the production line to ensure efficiency
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Label, stack, and palletize products for shipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours)
- Must be able to lift up to 30–50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Steel toe boots may be required
Work Environment
- Food production facility (temperature may vary)
- Exposure to egg products and related odors
- Requires repetitive movements, standing, bending, and lifting
- PPE required (hair nets, gloves, etc.)
