Overview
We are looking for dependable and hardworking General Labor employees to work in a cold storage and meat processing environment. Responsibilities include handling meat and protein products, labeling and stamping packages, assisting with blast-freezing operations, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
- Label, stamp, and identify meat and protein products according to company specifications.
- Assist with packaging, sorting, and organizing products for storage and shipment.
- Place and organize products in designated blast-freezer areas to maintain required temperatures.
- Inspect products and packaging for accuracy and quality.
- Work in refrigerated and cold storage environments for extended periods.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks and other general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements- Experience in warehouse, food production, or general labor preferred.
- Labeling, packaging, stamping, and quality inspection experience a plus.
- Able to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.
- Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Follows safety procedures and production guidelines.
