What You’ll Do as a Deburr Operator:
● Smooth and finish metal parts using grinders and hand tools
● Inspect parts to identify rough edges, defects, or imperfections
● Remove excess material and prepare parts for final production stages
● Change and maintain abrasive tools such as wheels, belts, and discs
● Follow work instructions and production standards
● Keep work area clean and organized
● Work safely around machinery and moving equipment
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
● Experience in manufacturing, metal work, or production (preferred)
● Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
● Strong attention to detail and quality
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
● Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
