Lead and supervise the shipping team to ensure daily order fulfillment goals are met
Coordinate and prioritize outbound shipments, including parcel, LTL, and freight
Verify order accuracy, packing quality, and proper labeling of all shipments
Monitor workflow and staffing to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity
Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve issues
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and shipping regulations
Track and report shipping metrics, including accuracy, on-time performance, and productivity
Identify process improvements to streamline operations and reduce errors
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and systems (WMS, scanners, etc.)
2–5+ years of experience in warehouse shipping or logistics, preferably in apparel or retail
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong knowledge of shipping processes, carriers, and documentation
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
