What You’ll Do as a Shipping & Receiving Associate:
- You'll help keep products moving safely and accurately through the warehouse
- Receivr incoming shipments and verify materials against packing lists and purchase orders
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
- Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments
- Create bills of lading, freight labels, and shipping documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Enter shipping and receiving transactions into inventory and ERP systems
- Coordinate with freight carriers and internal teams for pickups and deliveries
- Organize inventory locations and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Previous forklift experience; certification preferred or willingness to become certified
- Experience using ERP, inventory management, or shipping software is a plus
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependability
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment while following all safety and PPE requirements
