Overview
The Material Handler is responsible for the movement of goods throughout the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and that inventory is maintained in an organized manner. This position requires physical stamina and a strong commitment to safety protocols.
Skills and Experience
Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (but we are willing to train motivated candidates!).
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Technical Skills: Willingness to be trained on forklifts, floor scrubbers, and automated packaging machinery.
Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and a "safety-first" mindset.
Requirements: High School Diploma/GED and the ability to wear required PPE (including Steel Toe Shoes).
