Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a busy recycling facility in the Fayetteville area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting a safe, productive work environment.

- 2nd shift: 3pm to 11:30pm.
- Pay rate: $20-25/hr DOE.
- Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support maintenance operations across the facility
- Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain and service equipment including balers, conveyors, and production systems.
- Perform and oversee welding and fabrication work.
- Ensure all work is completed following OSHA and safety standards (lockout/tagout, etc.).
- Train and guide maintenance staff and equipment operators
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and inventory of parts and supplies.
- Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Skills and Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Electrical systems
- Welding (stick and/or wire feed)
- Balers and conveyor systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a dusty, dirty environment with occasional strong odors
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stay active throughout the shift
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
