Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring Production Associate Level 2 & 3 team members in La Vergne, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for checking servers into and out of test racks, visually inspecting equipment for damage, ensuring cabling is correct, and notifying Repair/Production Technicians of any failures or errors. Positions include 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM or 4:30 PM–1:00 AM) and 3rd shift (Sunday 8:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Thursday 12:00 AM–6:30 AM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail for inspecting servers and cabling
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Good communication skills to report errors and coordinate with technicians
- Ability to stand and move for long periods during shifts
- Basic computer literacy for logging and reporting tasks
Experience
- Prior experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or technical environments preferred
- Familiarity with equipment inspection or assembly processes a plus
- Experience following safety procedures and workplace protocols
- Ability to reliably work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
- Must have GED and Current Resume
