Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals for a hands-on role in a fast-paced outdoor concrete yard. This position focuses on maintaining a clean, safe work environment while also operating a forklift to support production.
- Monday to Saturday.
- Pay rate: $15-17/hr.
- 1st shift: 4am to 4pm.
- 2nd shift:4pm to 4am. Must be able to train on 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general yard clean-up (trash removal, debris, sweeping).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products.
- Assist production team as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.).
Skills and Experience
- Previous forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs.
- Reliable and able to work Monday–Saturday.
- Strong work ethic and team mindset.
