What You’ll Do as a Press Assistant:
- Assist operator with setting up and preparing digital press equipment for daily production runs
- Assist to operate digital press machines to produce printed materials on various substrates
- Monitor print quality throughout production and make adjustments when needed
- Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting on equipment
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure artwork and print files meet production requirements
- Maintain a safe and organized work area while following company safety procedures
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 1+ years of recent machine operating or similar press operating experience
- Strong computer skills with experience managing print-ready files
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High School Diploma or GED required
