Overview
Onin Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently moving, loading, and organizing materials within the facility while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hr per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials
- Move products to and from storage areas, staging zones, and trucks
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock organization
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable with good attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Work Environment
- Warehouse and/or industrial setting
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
