Skills and Experience
What you'll Do:
- Inspect sheet metal parts for flatness, contour, and accuracy
- Compare parts to blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Use hand tools, fixtures, and forming tools to straighten parts
- Work closely with production and quality teams
- Ensure all parts meet aerospace and customer standards
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Experience:
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to read or learn blueprints and measurements
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus
