Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking detail-oriented Electronic Assemblers for a quiet, clean, and slow-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on working with PC boards and surface-mount components, assembling electronics used in products like automotive radios.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy precision, careful handwork, and small component assembly rather than fast-paced heavy production.
Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Schedule Note: Employees work two Saturdays per month
Pay:
- Production: $15.00/hr
- Material Handlers: $16.00/hr
Attendance Bonus
- Week 1: +$0.50/hr
- Week 2: +$1.00/hr
- Week 3: +$1.50/hr
- Week 4: +$2.00/hr
