Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials within a warehouse or production environment. The ideal candidate has experience loading and unloading trucks, working with production line, working in fast-paced settings, and following safety protocols.
Skills and Experience
- Warehouse experience of 1 year min (sit-down)
- Material handling, palletizing, and load securing
- Shipping & receiving processes in warehouse/logistics environments
- Inventory control, cycle counting, and product tracking
- Order picking, staging, and distribution support
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operations
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems (preferred)
- Loading and unloading trailers (manual and equipment-assisted)
- Ability to lift, stack, and move materials safely
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
