Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for immediate openings on Monday through Friday shifts. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and gain additional equipment certification.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Transport products to designated storage areas
- Stack and organize pallets properly
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure safe operation
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Skills and Experience
Skills
Ability to safely operate a forklift
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic math and inventory skills
Good communication and teamwork
Requirements
- 1+ year of recent forklift experience (required)
- Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for long periods
- Lift up to 25–50 lbs when needed
- Work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, or noisy environments)
