Overview

This role includes operating hoists to move heavy parts, loading and unloading materials, scanning inventory, and staging or replenishing products as needed. Team members must accurately pick and verify orders to meet client demands and quality standards. Responsibilities also include counting and inspecting products, identifying damages or discrepancies, and notifying leadership when issues are found. Associates support quality control processes and auditing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment preferred. Familiarity with operating basic production or assembly equipment, performing quality inspections, and following production and safety guidelines. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, meet production goals, and support assembly line or packaging operations.
