Overview
| Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Responsible for following and ensuring others follow the safety policies.
- Responsible for ensuring equipment runs effectively
- Preventive and corrective maintenance executions
- Kaizen activities
- Responsible for fixing and solving machine failures
- Responsible for all plant machines and systems (blending, packaging, and utilities)
- Responsible for developing machine operation skills
- Develop root cause analysis to identify and solve potential and recurrent problems
- Responsible for keeping the machine in good condition to ensure a quality product.
- Communicate and notify of any equipment abnormalities, following the 5 maintenance basics. (5s, leaks, lubrication, routing, and re-tightening)
- Responsible for innovating processes, routines, and plant systems
- Assist in the installation and removal of equipment, and help determine changes needed in equipment driven by production.
- Basic building maintenance experience, including plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, and basic building upkeep.
- Offer technical support to Engineering and Production about equipment maintenance, process improvement, and overall manufacturing excellence.
- Maintain records and prepare necessary reports.
- Follow good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
Skills and Experience
· Technical career, electromechanical, mechatronics
· 5 years of machine and maintenance experience
· Maintenance Certificate preferred
| Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift to 80 pounds at a time.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
- Follow all relevant food safety rules, including SQF, cGMPs, and Food Defense.
- Report any observed food safety violations to your supervisor immediately.

- 2nd shift- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift (as needed)
- Weekends (as needed)
