Overview
Onin Staffing is hiring Warehouse Auditors for 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately checking and counting inbound and outbound freight, ensuring all products meet quality standards and match customer order specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Count and verify all inbound products before storage.
- Compare products with shipment manifests for accuracy.
- Inspect shipments for damage, infestation, and correct production code dates.
- Report shortages, damages, and shipment discrepancies using proper documentation.
- Verify outbound shipments to ensure correct quantity, labeling, and address information.
- Sign for inbound shipments or obtain signatures for outbound freight when required.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and warehouse audits.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Skills and Experience
Required
- Ability to work the assigned 1st shift schedule
- Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
- Ability to read and understand English to identify products and documentation
- Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs when required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, climb, and stoop throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
- Experience using inventory systems or automated inventory control equipment
