Overview
The Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting Operations Managers and Coordinators in project management, account development, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, this position requires a strong understanding of project requirements and consistent, clear communication from start to finish.
This role provides on-site leadership and oversight to Team Leaders and Inspectors, ensuring all work meets client expectations, quality standards, and project specifications. The Supervisor is responsible for reviewing and verifying project documentation for accuracy and compliance. Additionally, this position requires a hands-on leader who can step in and perform Team Leader or Inspector duties as needed to ensure project success.

Skills and Experience
Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or ability to perform required job duties
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Experience in manufacturing or inspection preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, scales) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible to work different shifts and travel as needed
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screenings
