What You'll Do as an Inspector/Packer:
- Visually inspect finished cartons for quality defects
- Check for proper gluing, folding, print quality, and alignment
- Separate and flag non-conforming product
- Pack finished cartons into cases according to job specs
- Verify counts, labels, barcodes, and case details
- Perform first-piece and case checks
- Ensure labels match carton and case information
- Monitor product appearance and packaging accuracy
- Report quality or machine concerns to supervisors
- Support other departments as needed
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience with inspecting, quality control, quality assurance, or similar role
- Manufacturing or packaging experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Able to stand for long periods and lift 30–40 lbs
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Willing to work overtime as needed
