*4 day work week: Monday - Thursday 2:15pm - 12:45am
*performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
*Set up and operate 3 and 5 axis CNC milling centers and CNC lathes
*Adjusts trim and fitting parts to close tolerances
*Follows visual aids (stand work) to ensure work is correct
*Make up cartons, print labels, insert protective packaging material, seal finishing product
*Meet efficiency rates
*Perform quality checks to ensure quality specifications are met
*Reports defective materials or questionable conditions
*Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
*Performs other duties as assigned
*Works within all safety guidelines and wear all required PPE

Skills and Experience
*Setup, layout and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills
*Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications and tool insutructions
*Selects, positions, and secures tool in tool holder
*Positions and secures work piece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers or fixtures
*Requires ability to read blueprints and precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers
