What You'll Do: CNC Machine Operator – Weekend Shift
- Read and interpret CNC prints and specifications
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Complete quality documentation and inspection reports accurately
- Operate and monitor CNC machines, making adjustments as needed
- Utilize hand tools and shop equipment
- Perform CNC maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC controls
- Design and implement hydraulic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
- Operate Fanuc robots
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- 1–5 years of CNC or precision machining experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tight tolerances
- Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Familiarity with machine controls and basic troubleshooting
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- 3+ years CNC maintenance mechanic experience (required)
- 3+ years troubleshooting CNC controls (required)
- 3+ years designing hydraulic systems (required)
- 3+ years performing preventative maintenance on CNC equipment
- Proficiency in Fanuc robots
