Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our growing envelope and paper products manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain production machinery used to create a variety of high-quality envelopes, including specialty and custom sizes. You will ensure all products meet strict quality standards while supporting efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This position plays a key role in producing packaging solutions that are used by businesses and consumers nationwide, helping maintain our reputation for reliability, consistency, and precision.
Skills and Experience
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably in paper, packaging, or envelope production
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery in a production environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes and production standards
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Skills
- Operate and monitor production machinery such as envelope folding, cutting, sealing, or converting equipment
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines for different production runs
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Record production data, track material usage, and report deviations or issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Use basic hand tools and measurement devices accurately

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
