Overview

Primary Responsibilities

  • Select and palletize products based on order sheets

  • Operate an electric pallet jack and/or forklift safely

  • Transport completed orders to the shipping dock staging area

  • Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment

  • Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

  • Conduct equipment safety checks before use

  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards

  • Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry storage)

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

Skills and Experience

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

  • 6–12 months of warehouse or distribution experience preferred

  • Ability to work assigned schedule and overtime as needed

  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift throughout the shift

  • Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally
