What You'll Do as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
- Repair, replace, and rebuild machine components using hand and power tools
- Assist with machine setups, adjustments, and equipment installations
- Complete maintenance work orders and document repairs using CMMS or maintenance logs
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 2–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, sensors, switches, controls)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Experience documenting maintenance activities and PMs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing environment
