Whether your journey with us lasts two days or two years, we value your contribution. What You'll Do as a Selector Forklift Operator: Safely operate a forklift to move and transport large items. Load and unload trucks and trailers. Accurately stack and organize inventory within the warehouse. Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. General Warehouse Duties required when needed. NOT 100% of work day is operating a forklift. Requires ability to pass a forklift assessment. Work Experience The Preferred Candidate Will Bring: Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift operating experience, Selecting and packing experience. Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate a forklift Experience handling large items is highly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to arrive on time for shift on the days required to work.
