Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support increased customer and driver activity. This role is customer-facing and office-based, ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails
- Support the front service window during peak customer and driver hours
- Serve as a cashier and process payments accurately
- Assist with general office and administrative duties
- Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Chat
- General computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a busy environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturday shift: approximately one Saturday per month
- Saturday hours: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
