Customer Service Representative – Bilingual

Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support increased customer and driver activity. This role is customer-facing and office-based, ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 

Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails
  • Support the front service window during peak customer and driver hours
  • Serve as a cashier and process payments accurately
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties
  • Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Chat
  • General computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a busy environment
Schedule
  • Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturday shift: approximately one Saturday per month
    • Saturday hours: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
