What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Operate and monitor small-pack packaging equipment to produce high-quality finished goods that meet exact specifications.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality checks, ensuring packaging, labeling, weights, and seals meet company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch details, counts, and quality results.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety and food/manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and maintenance to resolve issues quickly and improve processes.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures — every time.
Skills and Experience
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production operations (small-pack or high-speed lines a plus).
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and solve basic equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others might miss.
- Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and quality standards with consistency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to showing up ready to do your best work.
- Comfortable using basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording production data accurately (a plus).
