What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
- Operate and monitor line, removing or shifting materials and/or finished product as need
- Ensure package and product quality
- Operate manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely
- Clean equipment and area during and after shift
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
- Expedite repairs to line; working with maintenance as necessary
- Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing experience with a focus on quality
- Experience operating manufacturing machines or production equipment
- Strong math skills and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety
- Dependable, team-oriented, with good attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, and lift 50 lbs. (team lift for heavier items)
- Positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a winning team
