Overview
We’re looking for a detail-driven and hands-on Data Entry & Spare Parts Support Associate to help our manufacturing team stay organized and efficient. In this short-term project, you’ll play a key role supporting the maintenance and production departments by entering critical data, reorganizing spare parts inventory, and helping streamline how materials are stored and tracked.
If you enjoy combining office accuracy with shop-floor activity, this role offers the best of both worlds.
Skills and Experience
Perform data entry related to plant operations, maintenance, and inventory tracking.
Support reorganization of spare parts areas within the facility, including labeling, sorting, and inventory accuracy.
Assist in maintaining and updating information within maintenance software systems (MVP or CMMS preferred).
Work closely with plant and maintenance staff to ensure smooth integration of data and materials management processes.
Follow plant safety and operational procedures at all times.
