What You'll Do as a Maintenance Inventory & Data Entry Coordinator for a Short-Term Special Project:
  • Perform accurate data entry related to maintenance, inventory, and plant operations
  • Help reorganize spare parts inventory, including labeling, sorting, and improving accuracy
  • Assist with updates in maintenance software systems (MVP or CMMS experience preferred)
  • Partner with maintenance and production teams to improve materials tracking and workflow
  • Maintain safety, quality, and plant standards at all times
Your work will directly support maintenance efficiency, inventory accuracy, and production uptime—this is not busywork. It’s a project with a purpose!

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Experience with MVP or CMMS systems is a plus (not required)
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
  • Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments
  • Safety-conscious, adaptable, and a strong team player
  • Clear communicator who takes pride in accurate work
