Skills and Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Demonstrated experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. comfortably in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Strong adherence to instructions and a commitment to completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required to meet production demands.
