Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented inspectors to join a 30-day project. Inspectors will visually inspect floorboards for defects such as flash, short shot, discoloration, and any other issues specified by the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections to identify defects in floorboards
- Follow instructions and quality standards
- Document findings accurately
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies promptly
- Work assigned shifts for the duration of the project
Requirements:
- Excellent eyesight and attention to detail
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Reliable and able to work the full project duration
- Notify the supervisor in advance of any planned days off
Skills and Experience
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail for identifying defects
- Visual inspection experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Following instructions and adhering to quality standards
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work in shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Dependability and punctuality for the 30-day project
- Understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Ability to communicate issues clearly to supervisors
- Teamwork and flexibility to adapt to project needs
