We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator with Forklift driving experience to join our production team in Greer, SC. You will become an essential member of our operation, turning plastic scrap into high-quality recycled material. What You’ll Do as an (Job Title):
- Operate a plastics recycling extruder to produce pellets from extruded plastic.
- Operate a densifier and roll cutter.
- Drive a forklift for machine loading.
- Setting up and adjusting machines for production runs.
- Monitoring machine operations to ensure quality output, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production.
- Maintain cleanliness in the plant and handle trash disposal when necessary.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
