What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Production Associate:
- Prepare and clean metal components for painting or coating.
- Load and unload parts on racks, hooks, conveyors, or production equipment.
- Inspect parts for scratches, coating defects, and other quality issues.
- Perform authorized touch-ups and organize finished components to prevent damage.
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production work.
- Experience preparing, painting, or coating industrial or automotive parts.
- Visual inspection skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with PPE, workplace safety, and manufacturing quality standards.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and collaborate in a fast-paced team.
