WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set up, start, and operate industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Keep production moving by supplying operators with necessary materials.
- Monitor equipment and controls to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintain an organized work area.
- Identify equipment issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
- Use hand tools and production equipment to support daily operations.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.
Skills and Experience
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow!
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or industrial experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn industrial machinery.
- Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment.
- Basic math skills, including measurements, weights, and quantities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and understand English safety instructions and operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in an active, hands-on manufacturing environment.
- Ability to safely handle tools, materials, and industrial equipment.
